"Ben Gilmore is the conservative leader that southeast Arkansas needs in the State Senate. He will fight for the unborn, protect our Second Amendment right, and stand up against the liberal mob that threatens our religious liberties. Arkansas conservatives need leaders like Ben in Little Rock, which is why I enthusiastically support him for State Senate."

"Ben has always worked hard to find the best solution to issues and it’s the same attitude to serve others and solve problems that will make him successful in the State Senate. Just as I was blessed to have Ben on my team, I’m honored to endorse his candidacy as the next Arkansas State Senator."

"I am proud to endorse Ben Gilmore for State Senate. He is a conservative who will stand up for our shared values. He understands the issues facing southeast Arkansas, and he will be a strong voice for District 26. We need leaders like Ben in Little Rock."

"Ben Gilmore is going to be an outstanding conservative Senator and a leader on day one. Ben understands the need to spend taxpayer dollars more wisely and reform state government, and we need more like him in the Senate."

I am 100% Pro-Life. As your state senator, I will always be a fierce advocate for the unborn and defend against any effort to weaken the pro-life measures in our state.

Our country was founded on biblical principles that tell us life is precious; that we are all created equal; and that the freedoms we enjoy are God-given. I will continue to oppose every effort to undermine those freedoms, and I will always fight to ensure Arkansas values and our American liberties are protected from the Left’s liberal agenda.

Our Constitution is clear: “…the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.” I will continue to defend our 2nd Amendment rights, and I will always protect our rights to hunt and exercise self-defense.

Job growth in Southeast Arkansas is my top priority. We must get government out of the way, remove job-killing regulations, and let business do what they do best – innovate and create new jobs. While working for Congressman Bruce Westerman and Lt. Governor Tim Griffin, I established a reputation as a strong advocate for economic development in Southeast Arkansas, and I will continue to do so as your state senator. Together, we will create more jobs, focus on improving access to broadband, and provide a business-friendly environment to help existing businesses and industry in Southeast Arkansas thrive and expand.

When it comes to taxes, Arkansas lags behind our neighboring states in the overall tax burden placed on taxpayers like you and me. While we have made significant progress in helping to lower income tax rates, we must continue to do more. If we truly want to grow jobs, it starts by spending your tax dollars more wisely and putting more of your hard-earned money back in your pocket.

We must equip the next generation with the skills to meet business and industry needs. We have a duty to support our hardworking teachers, and we must empower parents to meet the individual needs of their children. While working at the Crossett Public Library, I supported our local schools, advocated for reading, and encouraged STEM education—and will continue to do so as your state senator.

First, I understand the importance of keeping health care close to home, and I will support our local providers to ensure that remains the case. I will work diligently to address the shortage of healthcare professionals in underserved areas through recruitment and educating students on why they should stay in Arkansas.
Second, as your state senator, I will continue fight to make your healthcare and medication more affordable by focusing on sound policies and common-sense solutions.

I am a common-sense fiscal conservative and an outspoken critic of wasteful government spending. As Deputy Chief of Staff to Lt. Governor Tim Griffin, I played a key role in transforming state government, and while we have made significant progress in the last few years, we must not stop. We must continue to rein in spending to ensure that your hard-earned money is spent more wisely. I am committed to making sure that state government works better for the families of Southeast Arkansas.

As the son and grandson of veterans, I understand the sacrifices—firsthand—that our veterans have made in the name of freedom. I will forever be grateful for their service to our state and nation. As your state senator, I will continue to advocate for policies to help veterans get the benefits their service deserves, and by doing so, we can attract more veterans to the Natural State. Veterans have the kind values we want here in Arkansas.
